Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives: Part II

Part Two!  More photos, less writing!

For any Disney geek, especially those that live in Southern California and are lucky enough afford a season pass, the Disneyland pieces exhibited are sure to make them giddy. 

The one that really had me staring was the head of the Maleficent dragon that was used in the original Fantasmic show.  It's HUGE. And AWESOME.

While working on part three of this photo series, I came across a few more shots that I wanted to include in part two (whoops!).  My most sincere apologies for the lack of focus, but the items are too cool to not post!  Perhaps this can go under the subsection PART II.2: Disneyland Opening Day

Below we find the original Mickey Mouse that rode the train with Walt Disney on opening day!

Disneyland employee badge number one - issued to Walt Disney himself!
